Kathleen brings an eclectic approach to both her music and dance instruction. Her musical approach centers on Orff Schulwerk, allowing a child’s creative ideas to be developed through music. Clearview Community Outreach - Cougar Connections
Description:
In the fall of 2007, the Central Minnesota Music School entered into a partnership with District 742 Community Education to offer music instruction at Clearview Elementary School. This after-school program, called Cougar Connections, brings guitar instruction closer to home for many families in the Clear Lake/Clearwater area and is open to students in surrounding communities as well. Instructor Kristi Padron has been playing the guitar for 18 plus years. She has written her own music almost from the beginning. One of her first performances of her songs was as a sixth grader at Clearview Elementary School.
